Cross border relations?
To some one (like me) who is utterly ignorant of the Mexican and US systems (after all, we are here to learn!), this article is a bit confusing: It is about companies that get some authorisation from a Mexican institution and is "oversees" (overseen?) by a commission that has a Spanish name. This, and its categorization, hints it describes a purely Mexican reality. On the other hand, it has an English title, no mention of Mexico in its title, and links to Individual Retirement Account , which in turn states that "An Individual Retirement Account (...)provides some tax advantages for retirement savings in the United States ".
It might be beneficial to the general reading public (i.e. someone like me who is unaware of the Mexican and US systems - after all, we are here to learn!) to consider amending this article on two points:
1. state clearly in the opening sentence that the whole article relates to Mexico only (even consider renaming it to a Spanish title, which would be my choice if this is consistent with other related articles),
2. correct either the link to IRA or the contents of the IRA article, whatever applies.
I do not feel I am sufficiently informed to perform those changes.
