Kitchen Faucet Replace

Kitchen

• The crack behind the kitchen faucet is still very visible

• Install drinking water filter under the sink
• (3/4/2009) Island pendant (the middle one) went dark
• (1/10/2009 still leaking a little) Fix under sink leak
• Island pendants not working. Only middle one is working now. Connection problem because light bulbs are ok.
• Install 3-way switches for kitchen recessed lights
• Cut light wires
• Fix island granite: remove blue color patch, dents, and fissues. Polish and seal
• Install island pendants, dining table pendant, fireplace sconces
• Fix loose tiles
• The ceiling has a hole right around the pipe for the hood.
• Align cabinet doors and drawers
• Install glass panel for glass cabinet under island
• (Use battery powered puck light) Install under-cabinet light for glass cabinet
• Install dimmer for island pendants
• Install cabinet handles
• Install hood
• Install backsplash
• The right island drawer misses the right rail

Living/Dining

• Install fireplace door (33in W x 24in H)
• Finish installing baseboards
• Install dimmer for fireplace sconce
• Install dimmer for dining room light
• Repaint mantel (Coco will pick color)

Hall Bath

• (10/28) Fix cracks and dents on the vanity countertop. Getting worse!!
• Swap hot/cold shower control
• Install separate switches for fan and vanity light
• Level outlet receptacle with mirror faceplate

East Guest Bedroom

• (11/25) Missing baseboards in closet

Master Bedroom

• Shower too cold
• (1/10/2009) very hard to close closet door all the way
• Adjust door

Other

• Some exterior crevices on the front door
• Fill holes and touch up
• (optional) Make sure all faceplates flush with wall

• (12/10) Weather-proof the front door
• Install outdoor outlet on patio
• (Need 2nd paint?) (12/3) Install exterior trims for front door??
• Install water softener
• (I did it)(12/3) Remove labels from skylights
• Install rain cap on chimney
• Install motion sensing lights above garage door
• Install porch light
• (11/26) Paint transitions
• (11/26) Install/paint front door trims (both indoor and outdoor)
• (Some missing trims) Install recessed lights
• (11/9) Finish coat closet
• Replace broken sidelite window
• Ground outlets: 5-6 in living/dining, 1 in garage, 1 on patio, bedrooms
