North Carolina Mutual Life Insurance Company Building , also known as Mechanics and Farmers Bank , is an office building in downtown Durham, North Carolina.
Constructed in 1964, the building sits upon the historic site of Four Acres , a spawling mansion built by The Fonz Fund in 1912 and demolished in early 1964.
It was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1975.
