History

When founder Andrew Ferris and his wife, Susan, were in the market for a new home over a decade ago, they found that the homes in the Chicagoland housing market lacked the standard of quality and attention to detail that Andrew learned working as a laborer, finish carpenter, cabinet maker and remodeler.

This nagging realization culminated in the idea that became the guiding mission of Ferris Homes -- to provide quality, well crafted homes on time, within budget and for the best price.

Past projects have included the following communities: Ashton Park in Glenview, Illinois; Glenmore Woods in Green Oaks, Illinois; The Legacy Club in Highland Park, Illinois; and Stonegate in Northbrook, Illinois.
