Darko Brević
Introduced/Can be killed in: "That Special Someone"
Darko Brević (Serbian: Дарко Бревић) is a man who betrayed Niko Bellic' s old army unit. As a reward for all of Niko's help, Jon Gravelli and United Liberty Paper track down Darko in Bucharest, Romania. They kidnap him and bring him to Liberty City where Niko confronts him, discovering that Darko has a drug addiction and that he betrayed his unit for a mere $1,000 in order to fund his addiction, and implies that he wanted to get back at some members of the unit who murdered his neighbours. During the time that has since passed, his addiction has worsened from his overwhelming guilt. Darko begs Niko to kill him, freeing him from his demons. The player is given the choice of killing him or sparing his life. If the player spares Darko, Darko will stand up to his feet, then runs away screaming, and is no longer seen again. Niko initially becomes angry at his decision and admits that "it took every fiber of my being pulling in the same direction not to kill Darko," but decides that killing Darko would not have changed anything and that allowing him to suffer is a worse punishment than death. Both Roman and Bernie congratulate him for finally releasing his inner demons and overcoming his desire for revenge. If the player decides to execute Darko, Niko will shoot him twelve times, one shot for each of his lost friends. Darko then thanks Niko with his dying breath and Niko does not feel any better.

Ray Bulgarin
Introduced in: "Russian Revolution"
Killed in: "Departure Time" (The Ballad Of Gay Tony)
Ray Bulgarin (Russian: Рэй Блгариун) is a Russian mobster who was formerly in charge of a human trafficking ring across the Mediterranean Sea. Early in the game, Bulgarin discovers that Niko has fled to America and forms an alliance with the Liberty City Bratva and Dimitri Rascalov . Bulgarin believes that Niko stole money from him and fled during a smuggling run, though Niko claims to have escaped simply to avoid being arrested. Bulgarin does not believe this and orders his men to kill Niko, but Niko escapes with Little Jacob' s assistance. In the latter half of the storyline, Bulgarin disrupts a ransom made by the McReary family for the life of Gracie Ancelotti . One of Bulgarin's henchmen discards the ransom diamonds into a garbage truck, and in-game media later report that the diamonds were found in a garbage dump by a homeless man. Bulgarin isn't seen again after this. In The Ballad Of Gay Tony, he is killed by Luis Lopez while on a plane.
Ray Bulgarin is voiced by Vitali Baganov.
Cherise Glover
Introduced/Can be killed in: "Ruff Rider"
Cherise Glover was Dwayne's longtime girlfriend. Before he went to prison he gave Cherise everything she wanted, even pulling strings while in prison to pay her rent. Upon release however, he learns that Cherise has forgotten him and is dating Jayvon, a known snitch, who have been spending Dwayne's money together. Niko volunteers to get Dwayne's money back and kill Jayvon. Upon approaching Cherise and Jayvon, the player can choose to either kill Cherise or let her live. If the player executes Cherise, Dwayne calls her a bitch and laments on her betrayal. If the player lets Cherise live, Dwayne tells Niko that while he thinks that Cherise is an idiot, he is glad she is not dead.
If spared, the player can encounter Cherise on the streets later in the game, who reveals to Niko that her new boyfriend physically abuses her. Upon hearing this, Niko goes to the boyfriend's house and intimidates him, warning him stay away from Cherise. However, the boyfriend can also be killed by Niko, to which Cherise fearfully responds by calling Niko a maniac and running away, telling him to stay away from her. Afterwards, Dwayne calls Niko after hearing rumors that they've been together. Niko clears things up and tells him it was just a favour and nothing more.
Cherise Glover is voiced by Ja'Tovia Gary.
Real Badman
Introduced in: "Shadow"
Teafore "Badman" Maxwell-Davies is a Caribbean cannabis dealer and an associate and friend of Little Jacob . He speaks Jamaican Patois, as opposed to Jacob's Rastafarian English. As a result, Jacob acts as his "translator." When introduced to Niko, he complains about an amateur dealer moving in on his turf and asks Niko to eliminate the dealers. Afterwards, he can be encountered on the streets, where he teams up with Niko to take out a rival gang of drug dealers. Jacob often mentions Badman's growing paranoia due to his marijuana consumption, expressing concern that he doesn't want to get in his way. Niko suggests that Jacob convince him to stop taking as much, but Jacob mentions another criminal, nicknamed "Grandfather," who was the only man able to calm Badman down and who has since retired to Jamaica. Regardless of this, Badman appears at Roman's and Mallorie's wedding among the guests.

Isaac Roth
Introduced in "Museum Piece"
Killed in: "Late Checkout"
Isaac Roth is a Diamond dealer and the Hasidic leader of a Jewish mob. Roth deals with "blood diamonds", which are illegal. After a deal in the Libertonian Museum goes awry and the diamonds in question are lost in the fray, Ray Boccino and Isaac blame each other. After Isaac threatens to kill Ray, he sends Niko to the Majestic Hotel to kill Isaac. His name and behaviour is likely a reference to Hyman Roth, a fictional Jewish mobster and prime antagonist of The Godfather Part II.
Isaac Roth is voiced by Modi Rosenfeld.
Mori Green
Introduced/Killed in "Museum Piece"
Mori Green is a Jewish diamond dealer that is part of Isaac Roth's crew. He was the one who looked at the diamonds. He was killed by Luis Lopez during the unsuccessful diamond deal.
He is voiced by Ed Rubeo.
Young-Guk Kim
Introduced in: "Babysitting"
Killed in: "Dining Out"
Young-Guk Kim (Korean: 김영국) is the son of a North Korean friend of Derrick McReary and the leader of the Korean Mob based in Alderney City, Derrick and Niko help him out by taking down people who were shooting at him while he was trying to smuggle counterfeit bills. Niko later kills him under orders from U.L. Paper and Jon Gravelli .
Jay Hamilton
Introduced in: "Escuela of the Streets"
Killed in: "Have a Heart"
Jay Hamilton is Manny Escuela's documentary cameraman. Manny later complains about the documentary portraying him as being homosexual. He was killed along with Manny by Elizabeta when Manny went to do the confronting scene with her.
Kenny Petrović
Introduced in: "Multiplayer"
Kenny Petrović (Russian: Кенни Петрович) is a South Broker based Russian Mob boss. While only seen very briefly in Faustin's club in the single player portion of the game, he is described as possibly the most powerful Russian Mob boss in the country. His organization is seemingly at peace with the Faustin crew until Faustin orders the death of Kenny's son. Kenny is prepared to go to war and kill all those responsible, but Dimitri strikes a deal with him in which Niko would kill Mikhail.
He is prominent, in the multiplayer aspect of the game. He appears in the multiplayer missions Mafiya Work and Team Mafiya Work . In these missions, the player works for Petrović and takes his orders, protect him from rival mobsters and take care of Kenny's "black list." He also appears in the multiplayer missions, "Deal Breaker", "Bomb Da Base II", and "Hangman's N.O.O.S.E." as the player's boss. In "Hangman's N.O.O.S.E." , Petrović arrives back into the city, but it appears that he flown in illegally and someone tipped off the police, the players must safely escort him to Charge Island. In "Bomb Da Base II" , Petrović discovers the Albanian Mob are shipping cars back to Europe without his permission, and he orders that the Albanian Mob, be destroyed, along with their ship. In "Deal Breaker", Petrović occupies Jimmy Pegorino' s mansion and reveals that The Angels of Death bring import drugs from Canada on their bikes and in their boats and have been working for the Mafia for many years. Petrovic wants the A.O.D's deal with two mafia mobsters destroyed, by taking all of the drugs and eliminating all rival gangsters and witnesses.
Kenny Petrović is voiced by Richard Pruitt.
Lenny Petrović
Introduced/Killed in: "Final Destination"
Lenny Petrović (Russian: Ленни Петрович) is the son of Kenny Petrović and working for Mikhail Faustin . He is suspected of betraying Faustin and Niko is, on a whim, ordered to kill him. After assassinating Lenny, Dimitri reveals that only by killing Faustin can Niko be spared by Kenny Petrović for killing his son.
