Pet At Home For Sale

Pets at Home is the largest pet supplies retail chain in the United Kingdom with over 200 stores.

History

The first Pets at Home store was opened in Chester in 1991 by Anthony Preston. In 1999 Pets at Home acquired Petsmart UK bringing a chain of 140 stores under Pets at Home branding. In 2007 the 200th store was opened.

Structure

The company has its headquarters at Handforth, near Wilmslow, in the north of Cheshire.
