Radio Sports Talk

Sports radio (or sports talk radio ) is a radio format devoted entirely to discussion and broadcasting of sporting events. A popular format with an almost exclusively male demographic in most areas, sports radio is characterized by an often-boisterous on-air style and extensive debate and analysis by both hosts and callers; political commentary is rare. Many sports talk stations also carry play-by-play of local sports teams as part of their regular programming.

Sports talk is available in both local and syndicated forms, and is carried in some form on both major North American satellite radio networks. In the United States, most sports talk formated radio stations air mostly syndicated programming from ESPN Radio, Sporting News Radio, and Fox Sports Radio.

Our present base is the 10th Floor, 634 Adeyemo Alakija, Victoria Island, Lagos and Grange Hills, Mpape Junction near Maitama, Abuja.

Our Chairman/CEO, Larry Izamoje is a member of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON), Member Nigerian Institute Public Relations (MNIPR), Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) and the International Sportswriters Association (AIPS).
