Dulhan Tv Zee

Shree is a Hindi language supernatural soap opera that airs on Zee TV channel. The series premiered on December 22 , 2008 and airs every Monday - Thursday at 10:30pm IST. The series is produced by J.D. Majethia of Hats Off Productions , and stars Wasna Ahmed as Shree and Pankaj Tiwari as Hari in the main lead..The serial ended on 12th Nov 2009 with the note that good prevails over evil.

Plot

Shree - Pavitra Bandhan Par Ashubh Saya revolves around a close-knit, royal Gujarati Raghuvanshi family based in Mumbai. The family believes in traditional values and a grounded approach to life. Two sisters-in-law, completely different in character, head the family. The older one is jovial and fun-loving while the younger one acts strict and rigid, even though she is soft at heart. Overall, it is a happy family that faces minor ups and downs. The only concern for the family is to get their daredevil son Hari married. The story begins with the family trying to find Hari a suitable girl for marriage. The problem is that any alliance that comes Hari's way does not materialize for some reason or the other. After much wait, the family tries to find out the reason behind this. They are shocked to know that an evil spirit, desperately in love with Hari, tries to keep love out of Hari's life. Will Hari and his family ever find the right girl who will fight the spirit hovering around them? Sorry guys but shree has end!

Characters

Hari (age 30)

The only son of Tribhuvan & Sumati & the youngest amongst the three brothers, Hari is the 'laadla' of the house. Everyone dotes on him. He falls in love with a villager, Shree, and succeeds in marrying her against the wishes of both his and her family. Hari loves Shree dearly and, therefore, gives her many chances to improve her status in his family. He is the typical romantic husband whose love knows no boundaries. He is ready to face every challenge in the world to prove that his choice, Shree, is the best.

Shree (age 25)

Shree is Hari's wife who is a villager from Janakpur. Hari loves her very much. Initially, she used to be easily frightened of many things such as dogs and challenges. However, once Kangana threatens to destroy Hari and Shree's marriage, Shree becomes fearless and declares that she will not be defeated. Ever since, she has thwarted Kangana's attempts to reunite with Hari. Shree is pregnant with her child, who will most likely annihiliate either Shree or the Raghuvanshi family. Shree now has two kids named Naveli and Rudra.

Kangana(age 24)

Kangana is the evil spirit who obsesses over Hari. She wants to ruin Shree's marital life. Kangana was married Hari's older brother ,Anant, in order to get closer to Hari. Kangana then used black magic to hypnotize Hari and make him elope with her, which nearly tarnishing the Raguvanshi family's reputation. She died due to unknown circumstances. However, even after death, Kangana is still possessive of Hari as she thwarted his previous attempts to get married.

Nihaal (age 34)

Hari's best friend who always tries to help him out. He was the one who brought Hari back to his house, when Hari had wandered away one day, leaving no clue of his whereabouts to anyone. He fits the definition of a best friend perfectly. He supports Hari in all his decisions and is his adviser too.

Madhu (age 39)

She is the sweet and loving eldest daughter-in-law of the house. Although childless, she treats Hari like her own son. She is willing to anything that will help Hari's and Shree's marrried life.

Anant (age 40)

He is Hari's older cousin brother who mainly takes care of their family business ever since Hari's father became paralysed. He loves his family and treats Hari like his own son. Although he loves his wife Madhu a lot, he does not like her supporting Shree because he thinks Shree wants to destroy his family.

Nikita (age 36)

Hari's younger cousin's wife, Nikita or Niki is a modern housewife, who does not believe too much in customs and traditions. And she wants Rudra to become her child bacause raghuvanshi family wants a boy to care about the works. And if rudra care about the works the he'll get so much money.Then Nikita could be more modern and rich.

Danny (age 41)

He is Hari's older cousin, who is a nice, amiable and kind-hearted man by nature. He is the typical 'joru ka ghulam', who cant say a word against his wife, Nikita. He loves his two daughters dearly. He seldom becomes the victim of Niki's bad and viscious nature.

Naveli (age 6)

Hari's and Shree's daughter; Naveli is God's blessing; protagonist;

Rudra (age 6)

Hari's and Shree's son; Rudra has Kangana's sprit in him; antagonist now protagonist
